Diana Calls....

In ancient times, the Goddess Diana was worshiped by the wise women, by women healers, by wild women, witches, and those who kept hidden their secrets during the new moon phase. We can honor Her now and embody the energies of the Moon Goddess by reclaiming our inner huntress: She who seeks out sustenance and nourishment for mind, body and spirit; She who feeds our soul.

Diana by Jules Joseph Lefebvre 1879

Diana asks that we remember Her, by remembering who we are.
We are daughters of the earth and moon.

She calls us... She speaks saying:

"It's time to go within, to rest, and to reconnect with your wildness".

She beckons us to...
Stand outdoors and feel the wind dance with our hair, our hem...

Listen for the echo of our heart beat....
Lift our face to the dark moon and call out to her.
Whisper or howl. Sing or chant. Dance or lay upon the earth.

She desires us to feel her hidden essence within our self.

I thought it peculiar how one new experience can alter your perspective

on places you've known your whole life.

She has prepared a sacred space for us to meditate, to journal, to do energy work - upon the altar of our spirit, the pages of our mind, and the temple of our body. She wishes us to enter this place of holy worship for our self, our sistars, and our earth mother...

She whispers:

It is time to focus your energy and know that the new moon is a magickal portal gently pulling you to enter into your wholeness, into your mystery, into your deep creative womb space. It's time to plant your dream seeds, beloved sistar.

If you hear her soft, twinkling voice, like I do, then you know as I do, that it is time to name our dream seeds, bless them and protect them until they ache within, until they heed the time of awakening, and begin to stir within as the magick of new growth expands, and they can contain themselves no longer and must push forth from the darkness into the light. It is time...

Let yourself dream during this night of the new moon.

Lovingly,
The Gypsy Priestess
